Most growing middle school scholars have insatiable appetites and one Ras Beirut English teacher uses this characteristic as a learning tool. Students work as groups or individuals to create an imaginary or recreate a favorite kind of restaurant as a presentation for classmates. Some presentations include a reenactment of ordering a meal and all include samples of menu items to share. Fun, delicious and memorable!
